I participated in a two day mediation training with Stephanie. She was prepared, thorough and took great care to facilitate a workshop that accommodated different learners and was accessible to all participants. Stephanie utilized a mix of group work, individual reflection, imagery, and audio tools as well as hands on practice. Upon completing the workshop, I was able to put the skills I acquired into practice and continued to reference the provided materials as needed. Based on my experience, I later recommended Stephanie as a keynote facilitator for a university-wide professional development conference. Her workshop received overwhelmingly positive feedback and she was invited to present again at a future conference. Stephanie is a master facilitator who is an expert at making skill acquisition workshops accessible and relatable to a wide audience.
